I have until thursday to trade my droid that i recently purchased and absolutely LOVE... or to trade it in for the Droid 2?
I want some honest opinions because I'm clueless on what to do.. I figured I'd go to the verizon store and mess around with the droid 2, and if I like it, I'll get it.
But what's the difference?
A Confused Droid Lover.

better keyboard, faster processor, more internal app memory, motorola skinned OS (not stock android like the Droid), and native Swype support. It's probably worth the $50 price difference plus the $35 restocking fee if you're going to keep your phone stock.

I've seen reports of Droid 2 drop signal issues similar to iPhone 4. I don't know how valid those reports are, but thought I'd mention it.

The phone style is pretty much the same... you are just getting an updated version of the phone (thing iphone 3 to iphone 3gs...sorry for the apple reference it is just easy Android ftw! )
The only thing an average user will notice is the UI skin that Motorola adds to the launcher.
I would suggest going into a store and playing with the 2 and seeing if you like UI. If you like it then it is probably worth it.
