Hi everyone:
The day before yesterday I woke up to find my Verizon Wireless Motorola Droid X turned off (it was on before I went to bed), and after many attempts to turn it on, I haven’t been able to get past the black splash screen with a red and white Motorola logo in the center. I've tried to reboot and reset the phone by holding down the home key and the power button and by holding down the volume buttons and the power button, but nothing works!
I've come across this thread: https://community.verizonwireless.com/thread/772100 as well as , which is obviously not coincidence! It seems software update problems still continue to plague our devices, disabling what were perfectly fine working phones! What's going to be done about this? I need a replacement.
My phone is in mint condition and has no physical or water damage.
