The tracking number for your order only becomes available for tracking once FEDEX has picked up the package from our distribution centers. At this point FEDEX is in possession of the package, and all of their systems will be updated to reflect the anticipated delivery times, and the most up to date information. Please do not cancel an order because you are unable to track the order . Once a tracking number is assigned to your shipment, we will email you the tracking information.

Everyone knows tracking info isn't available until the package actually ships. What you should be apologizing for is NOT processing our orders in a timely and orderly manner.
