When I try to use Media Manager, I see my phone only in the music option. When I switch to video or pictures at the top buttons, my phone isn't showing up in the node. I have tried detatching and reattaching the USB. Still nothing.

Are you using the V Cast Media Manager or the Motorola Media Link? Either way, be sure that they are both up to date with their software. I had to update both of mine today.
Next, when you connect your X to the computer, be sure it is in the USB Mass Storage mode. Try opening the software on your computer first, then connecting your phone.
