I deleted all the sent mail from my email account though the Droid. Since doing this I realized that I can no longer have any saved mail, not just the old mail. Droid will no longer save ANY mail. I thought this was a problem with my phone, and so did technical support. They shipped a new phone to me but the problem continues, so I assume this is due to data being deleted from the Verizon or the Motorola server (I am not sure where the data is stored). This is a cautionary advisory to anyone deleting their saved mail. Be careful, because once you perform that action, mail is forever gone, as well as preventing any future sent mail from being saved.
