Ok so my friends droid x is having some issues. He some kind of update this morning, he doesnt know what lol. but after the update he went to get on the internet and it would not pull up. Then he noticed he had no 3g service not even 1x service but is some how still able to send and recieve text and calls.
the icon thats showing up at the top is a phone with sqiggle lines. lol thats the best way i could describe it. I did a search for droid x icons but his did not show up.
also his phone is now running in safe mode. He has not tried to root or modify his phone in anyway. The guy doesnt know how to turn on a laptop.
he has tried *22899 with no luck. Im starting to think its just a defective device.
