I wonder if your other 2,216 post were that  unintelligent.

You would think the "VZWSupport" would be watching out for post like that....

If it wasn't for Wildman (and several others who helped me the past few months), I would have given up on this phone in the first month.  Mr. Wildman provides all types of good advice, and often times, the simplest solution is the best.

Thanks everyone, I am glad my assistance can be helpful...

@ Djsmurf

I am glad to contribute and help as much as I can but at times situations arrive where a user ask a question that they really do not want a answer to, I have learned to overlook a person that does not choose to at least try a suggestion before they start blowing off.  Oh well if they don't choose to at least try the suggestions and choose to call CS, then why ask the question here.

Hope you have luck on resolving your situation because with your approach to a possible answer will most likely encourage others to try to help.  This is a forum for assisting individuals and possibly give a solution and a number of users are very helpful, and if you choose not to take suggestions then why waste time trying to insult users?

A true gentleman's response.  Kudos to you, sir.

djsmurf, yes, the forum is about smartphones. No one is judging your character. It speaks for itself.

droidsw, {word filter avoidance} and the fact that you very intelligent users cannot even figure out how to that the battery door off, well that speaks loads to your "character", bring out the pliers lol

What the **bleep** is that, now I'm just going to be a [Edited to comply with Terms of Service].  Were not talking about kids here for one, if you can't sit down and form a decent, intelligent respons then why the **bleep** are you posting.

Its clear you have no ability to address the issue and post any type of solution.

So you choose to attack me personally, please enlighten me as to why you think I should "Not have children"  (Considering the fact you could not figure out a phone without help, lol)

{please keep your posts courteous}

You can take my post out of context all you like to make yourself look and feel better, end of the day, the solution is not there.

The fact that you purchased the phone with little or no understanding of how to use it is no ones fault but yours. (If you buy a car and don't know how to drive, do you work on it or post online and hope someone will walk you through it step by step?)

If you eventually figured it out with someone telling you how to do it do you not think that you could have devloped enough over time and practice to do it on your own?

Everything that wildman helped you with you had the ability to solve on your own, the fact that you choose not to is your own agenda.

"A true gentleman's response.  Kudos to you, sir."

Bold and in blue, glad someone help you figure that one out,

But then again you go on to say "I hope you don't have children."

If you are unsure of what button to press the X at the top right of your screen is a good option.

A real decent (not using pliers) solution has been offered for this issue.

However some with all their Android wisdom fail to see that and only attempt to attack someones character offering no soluton other then the fact that they can press keys on a keyboard.

Keep on keeping on with those plier fixes kids, you may need a welder to fix it one day, lol
