No such luck with getting my droid x to turn back on.  Still getting a black screen.  Are there any verizon support technicians online that can help?  I've tried everything.

This is more of a user-based forum. Verizon replies to posts from time to time. But your fastest approach to getting a (seemingly) hardware issue fixed is just going to a Verizon store and getting their technicians to look at your phone. If it's less than 1 year, they can swap it with a refurbished one.  Good luck.
