About 2 weeks ago, my phone decided to turn off and not want to start back up. I took the battery out, tried to charge it, nothing worked. I took it to my local verizon store and all she did was take the battery out for about a minute and put it back in, magic, it turned back on. Problem is, it did it again. I took the battery out, waited, nothing. I switched out batteries because my fiance had the same phone, nothing. I've put it on the charger and it won't even light up. I know the other battery isn't dead. So did my phone just completely crap out? ..or is there hope?
