Drois appears frozon all apps are on unable to make calls or text or use web based apps
any idea how to unfreeze

Try doing a soft reset on the device.
Soft Reset
Press the Power key.
Touch Power off.
Touch OK.
Press the Power key to power on the device.
If you continue to have the same problem, try powering the device off removing the battery, then powering the device back on.
