I just got a Droid and am very impressed with it features and applications. However, when I am using it with the blue tooth in my car and am in the middle of a call, I notice that it periodically drops the voice for a few seconds. I am not sure but it seems to be a problem with switching between cells and reacquiring the signal. Have anyone else had this problem? If so, have you found a a solution?

Let me clarify. My car is a 2007 BMW 3 sereies. I was able to pair it quickly and the phonebook transferred OK. There is no problem with pairing. However, I do experience periodic (like every 15 seconds or so) voice drop out lasting about 2 to 3 seconds. It happens when the car is standing still as well as when it is being driven. I am concluding that it is the bluetooth connection and is not related to changing of cells as I originally thought.
Help.

The phone works fine when not using blue tooth on the car. I didn't get the blue tooth ear phone so I can't test that.
