Droid incredible 2 vs samsung nexus?

went to best buy friday and got a new samsung nexus-free.  now i am seeing why.  i haven't been able to have a complete call since i got it.  does the same thing with my texts.  keeps saying it has no service, when my daughter sitting next to me has it!  i never had any trouble with my old LG.

am seriously thinking about taking the samsung back.  but what to get?  people give me some feedback?

The DROID Incredible 2 is a 3G only smartphone.

The Pantech Breakout seems a bit on the low end of specs.

The LG Lucid seems okay spec wise, but lower then the Nexus.
