Droid order completion

I ordered my droid last night and have gotten no info from verizon as to if the order has been completed or not. They of course had no problem charging my account but haven't responded to my customer feedback request. This is despite paying the extra shipping cost to have it today. Anyone else with a delayed time-line or advice to get some feedback from verizon?
