Droid time limit on sync?

Can the Droid be set so that it only sync's data during certain hours of the day rather than 24hrs?

i have yet to come across something like that in the market or already installed on the phone.  however if you put the power control widget on your home screen, you can activate the sync feature whenever you want and after you are finish, just turn it off.
