Droid will completly lock up if you get an incoming call while using the camera (taking pictures).

Model: Motorola Droid
Kernel: 2.6.29
Build: ESD20

 

So much for the "multitasking capabilities" of google's Android OS..

Have someone call your phone while you're taking a picture.
   -Verify your phone frezzes. Incoming call can not be answered. Calls can not be placed...Hard reset is needed.

 

I'm suspecting that any activity/new task that occurs when using the camera will trigger the lock up.

So, recommended work arounds:

-Place phone in airport mode while taking pictures.

-Disable any clock alarms.
-Better yet, use a camera not your phone.. :smileywink:
