Using Android 2.1, when I went online & tried to view a video from my homepage, I got the message, "No video format for your phone." Verizon tech said I needed 2.2 & Flash. Just installed 2.2 & Flash 10.1, went online, clicked on a video & got the same message, "No video format for your phone." Any help or suggestions??
You can clear your browser and do a battery pull. When you are done dial *228 option 1 to reprogram your phone. I have provided a link below for additional information on how to clear the browser.
