Can someone please tell me where to find the back up assistance on the Droid??  I don't know about any of you but this is the worst phone I have ever owned.

Backup assistant is not supported on the android phones.Are you trying to port over your contacts to the Droid?  Why do you say it is the worst phone you ever owned?

Unfortunately back up assistance is not available for the Motorola Droid. You will be able to use your Gmail account to back up your contacts. Go to https://wbillpay.verizonwireless.com/vzw/nos/ba_nab/howtoGet_def.jsp for more information!
