I have a duplicate Corporate Sync account that I cannot delete. When you go into My Accounts and select the duplicate account the username field is grayed out and the courser is in the password field. If you select the Remove account button... nothing happens.
If you try to enter a password and then select Ok you get:
Error adding account
Username must not be blank
If you select Ok without entering a password you get:
Error adding account
Username must not be blankPassword must be at least {1} characters
Because the username field is grayed out you simply can’t enter a username.
Is anyone else seeing this? Is there a fix for this issue?

I have the same problem - 2 accounts, one cannot be deleted, shows password box only. Hard to believe no one will even put a post saying they know it is an issue.

You can do a hard reset on your device. I have provided some steps to complete the reset below. Hope this helps!
1. From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).
2. Touch Settings
3. Touch Privacy
4. Touch Factory Data Reset.
5. Touch Reset Phone. If presented, enter the current passcode or draw the unlock pattern
6. Touch Erase Everything.

Will the factory data reset delete pictures that are stored on the phone (in the dcim folder)?

I have the same problem, (greyed out username, empty password field and cant delete the account)...except my email somehow will work on occasion and it will pull down my contacts address book for that email account?? If it worked all the time I wouldnt care, however my email account crashes whenever I attempt to check it or compose a new email. There has to be a solution to this other than wiping the device right?..
