E-mail quandary

I have a dumb question but I'm asking anyway:  On my pervious phone, the EnV3, I could automatically append a signature to e-mails sent. I composed a signature on my Droid e-mail folders settings but it doesn't automatically append and I can't find a way to add it manually. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

I think I figured it out. I had used "settings" to save the signature but it wasn't being added. I tried a "long press" on each of my e-mail accounts and a screen popped up with several choices:  OPen, Compose, Refresh, Account Settings, and Remove Account. I pressed "Refresh" and went back to my compose screen and Voila! -- the signature was there. tried it on both accounts and that worked. The "long press' is a new venture for me -- but it works.

Thanks for the replies!

We have a place to apply a signature, I have mine set, but come to think of it mine is not being applied to my email.

I believe that it only applies to new messages. Smiley Sad

A question? Are you using the stock email app, if so see below..
Open email, go to settings, open the compose option and you see the sig setup. When you go back to email settings you will have to make sure the account you setup is the default account or it won't put in the sig.
hope you can follow this, lot easier to do than explain.
