E-mail schedule and folders

Hello:

I have two areas I am trying to improve in my e-mail.

1. Synchronization folders - I have 4 e-mail accounts on my system - 1 gmail and 3 others.  I am using the GMail app for Gmail (obvious) and the Messaging app for the other 3.  One of the "other" accounts is using the Rackspace e-mail service - a fairly vanilla IMAP4 service.  One issue I am finding is synching sent mail.  Mail I send from my Droid does go through and get delivered but does not show up in the "Sent" or "Sent Items" folders on the Rackspace server.  Under a Windows Mobile smartphone I was able to specify the folder into which the phone should put copies of outgoing mail (similar to how it works in Outlook 2007), but I haven;t been able to find an equivalent of that in the settings or controls for Messaging.  Any suggestions?
2. Synchronization time - any way to set different synch schedules for the different accounts under Messenger?
