Why is it that everyone I call or receive calls they say there is an echo on their side of the phone and not mine. The only workaround for it is to push the speaker button on then off. Is there a software update coming out for this? I have had my phone replaced three times. Its the same every time. Help someone, please?

Software isn't the issue, when a echo is in the line it is usually from the device sitting in a (sweet spot) area that connects to more than one tower at one time, this happens from time to time and depending on the distance sometimes you can simply move the device further from one signal but sometimes you have to disconnect and reconnect the call by hanging up and calling back...
This is the pleasures of being wireless..

Thanks to the community for responding. I can certainly understand what an inconvenience it can be having to toggle between speaker phone. Since you have had the device replaced 3 times my next suggestion would be for me to file a trouble ticket on your behalf. What the ticket will accomplish will be to investigate our network to see if it may be a network issue that is causing the echo. Echo’s are common network error and we can have our Network Repair Bureau fix this issue for you. Can you please PM your name and number and I will file that ticket on your behalf, I hope this helps. Thanks.
