Echo

Does anyone have a problem with caller's getting a horrible echo?  I have this happen intermittently.  Does anyone know what the problem is?

I hear an echo on my Verizon phone with just one Verizon customer. I never could get rid of it. Have you tried the whole *228 + send from your phone & pressing option 2?

Ive also been having this Echo problem. When people call me they say they have a bad Echo, but I dont hear it.

I read something on an other Droid Forum that claims that Verizon will have this fixed in the 1st phone software update that comes out this week.  (Dec10th) but not officaly published...  

I'm holding my breath for the fix as having a phone that doesnt work as a phone well is a huge issue!

this is my Third(and Last Droid) ist two flat didnot work;

this one was fine untill this am,now echos and dropping off

Ilooked at the upgrade that has been sent out as of this pm

nothing about the sound, just the camera and browser.

btw info on upgrade is avail from Motorola Droid owner forum

I received the 2.0.1 upgrade the first day and the echo problem has not occurred since.
