I am running Android 2.2 on a DroidX.
I have 3 POP3 email accounts, 1 gmail, and 1 yahoo email accounts set up on my phone. I would like to set separate notification options for each account. I can only find one place to set email notification options and they apply to all accounts.
Is there a way to set different notification options for each account?

gMail, text and email accounts have the option to select different notification but the one for the email accounts is shared with all accounts in the Messaging app list except Text.
gMail:
Open gMail > Left menu button > more > Settings > Scroll to notification area at bottom of list...... All these options works for gMail
Email:
Messaging >Left Menu Button > Message Settings > Email > Notifications........ All these control all email accounts.
Text Messages
Messaging >Left Menu Button > Message Settings > Text Messaging > Scroll to notification area of list........ All these control all SMS and MMS accounts

I have a bellsouth email account and have been receiving notifications via status bar since purchase. However, over the weekend I received zero notifications. I checked the settings and the phone is properly set to receive notifications. Any ideas to fix?

I experienced the same problem with my exchange account (using TouchDown). I have one Corporate sync exchange account set up through the normal Droid X set up. I have a second corporate sync exchange account that I was unable to set up as a secondary corporate sync account. I have to use TouchDown for that account. BTW, I had many conversations back and forth with Motorola Support and after exhaustive efforts, was still unable to set up a separate exchange corporate sync account. I requested a free TouchDown license from Motorola but was told that they no longer offered that as an option. Since I have to have bothe accounts on my phone, I had to purchase TouchDown. (Shame on Motorola).
Anyway, I have been successfully using TouchDown since November and all of a sudden, last weekend I stopped getting TouchDown email notifications on my status bar at the top. I have notifications turned on and made no changes to my notification settings other than to add voice notification in TouchDown where it will announce the message subject. I still get notifications on the status bar for my corporate sync account, gmail and test messages.
Any idea why my TouchDown email account stopped displaying notifications on my status bar?
