Email combined view

I just updated to Android 4.0.4 on my Bionic.  With the old system we had the Universal inbox which worked great.  Now we have the combined view which is fine but each time I open email I have to select combined view.  Is there a way to make combined view the default when opening the email app?

Unfortunately combined view can not be the default once open your email app so what you can do is to add an email widget for each email account on your email screen and name then whatever you want by going to "widgets" and look for email.
