Does anyone have a suggestion on what to do when one of my e-mails says "Must enable HTML to View?"

Does the email have an attachment? If so, is it larger than 5MB. Some email attachments require a installed application before viewing.

Thanks so much for responding. It is not an attachment. The one thing that is unique about the sight is securemail, which I had no problem seeing on the Blackberry Storm
