One of my biggest problems with this phone is that I have to turn my data connection off to keep my phone alive. I'm thinking about getting a extended battery but am very nervous about my selection
Is there anyone here that has purchased a extended battery and is pleased with it?
If so where did you get it and how much did you pay?

I purchased the droid charge dock when i got the phone from verizon. it was $39 and it came with an extra battery which can be charge by being plugged in to the back of the dock. Not only you get the dock that charges your phone and can be used as an alarm, radio etc, but also charges an extra battery at the same time.
Its so convenient that instead of having to plug my phone i just get the charged battery from my dock and let the dead one charge on the dock

Read my post, it's just before yours. When you're at that post go to the other post I referenced in it and you'll see what you want about buying an extended battery. BTW, my 3500 mAh battery is still working great 2 months later.
Somewhere I read that there will be extended batteries that are no thicker than the stock battery that came with your phone.
