I had the exact same app and even after I removed it I was still running into a couple of snags. Eventually I decided to Hard Reset my phone.
If you notice it's still happening, ensure your information is backed up and follow these steps: http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=42407
