I have yet to receive the 2.2 upgrade. All the talk is now about the 22B flash upgrade so I am wondering if I have been overlooked or is the initial OTA 2.2 still being pushed out? I do not have task killer and I have checked system updates on a daily basis in settings - about phone. My wife and son got there's 2 weeks ago but I am still waiting. Any suggestions? I really don't want to manually update because of all the 2.2 reported problems and prefer the OTA.
There is no real problem as far as doing the manual update (which IMHO is a lot safer than the OTA since most of the issues happened to phones that got the OTA update), but if you want to be on the safe side and can't wait any longer, pay a visit to your nearest Verizon store. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to get your phone updated.
