FRG22D next 2.2 build?

According to the link above,  there is suppose to be an update pushed out to help with the no flashplayer issue in 2.2.

 

Has anyone actually received this build from Verizon via OTA?

link to the verizon upgrade page.  http://support.vzw.com/how_to_use/droid_upgrade.html.  Still no official word on anyone receiving it yet.
