I tried doing a Factory Data Reset while being on International Roaming in India.
The Droid rebooted and a got a message asking me to click on an "Activate" button, so that a special activation call could be made. When I clicked on"Acitivate" button the call didnt go through and I got a message from "Reliance" that the call cannot be made. I spoke the Reliance Customer Care center and they could not help me resolve this issue.
Now, I am unable to use the phone as I could not "Activate" the phone 
How do i get this resolved
