Ok, so I've never done a hard (Factory) reset of my DX, and have had it since it's release almost a year ago. I've noticed a few glitches since Gingerbread and though it may be time. What should I do to prepare?
1. Yes, I know to back it up, but, will the phone go out and sync with both the "phone" contact list which backs to Verizon, AND the "Gmail" contact list which goes to Google? (the fear of losing contacts is the main reason I've never done it)
2. Will my Apps, purchased and free, be saved somewhere? Either on the phone or in "my Apps" in the Market?
3. I'm sure that I'll have to set up all my accounts again (i.e twitter, FB, etc.) but are there any pitfalls to look forward to?
