Firmware upgarde for current owners

I owe one of the units that were given in the VZ-Moto event in NYC a few weeks ago.

The device is running firmware 1.13.514 which is not the final shipping version.

The retail device ships with 1.13.516 which is now getting an OTA to 1.13.604 (reading on the web, people who got their device already were on .516 and as they opened the device they were OTA to .604).

When i check my device, there is on OTA to the latest shipping firmware.

Will verizon provide an OTA for my device from version 1.13.514 to 1.13.604 or am i going to stay on an old, none final version?
