DC one day just didn't want to be friendly anymore. It force closes apps (3rd party), wont see the sd card at times, can't uninstall anything. I tried to reset phone doesnt do anything but remove contacts and reset display and sound settings. It doesn't remove gmail account. VZW phone tech said that he has never heard of this. Walked me thru a reset....didnt work. Said that this maynot be covered under warranty. Not happy about that.

gr8jeepin,
Morning! When you spoke to our Tech Support, did they advise why this may not be covered under warranty? Was the phone purchased through a third-party, like eBay or Craigs List? Has the phone been 'bricked' or 'rooted'? Does the phone have some sort of physical damage to it? Depending on the answer to these questions, it may not be covered by the warranty. Otherwise, I cannot see any reason it wouldn't be covered. At least without looking at your account myself.
If the issues you've advised of are still occurring, please PM me directly for further help.
Thank you and enjoy your weekend!

Not covered under warranty? Don't understand why that would be the case. As long as you didn't root the phone or load custom ROMs, I don't see how it couldn't be covered under warranty.

I have the same issues with my phone. I have also gone to the store and they did a factory reset which didn't help at all. BTW, how do you PM someone?
