Forwarding text messages

I need to forward some text messages to my e-mail so that I an print them. I honestly can not even find the option to forward on the menu! Any direction appreciated!

From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located in the lower-left).

Touch Messages.

Touch the message.

Touch and hold the message.

Touch the message option:

Choose Forward, and proceed to send a regular message.

Enter the email address into the send to field.  Then send the message.

You can also download an app, SMS Backup. It allows you to send all text messages and place a copy in a folder you setup in your email.
