G data not working

I have had Verizon for two weeks and am completely disappointed in the service   the data network is not working I get about 10 seconds of data before it locks up buffers and tries to reconnect  phone works fine on WI if does not work at all on G have 2 to full bars and it just buffers and buffers and buffers please do not come back with turn off the phone take the battery out and put it back in turn it back on or do a reset all been done and still doesn't work as advertised.  I am paying 10 a month for vast and 30 a moth for unlimited data which is unusable at this point   so Verizon what is going on

Is it like there everywhere you go or just in one particular location?

I recently did a PRL update and I get a much better signal in my family room than I did before.

You could also try a battery pull................................just kidding.

If this happens everywhere and not in just one location, then you need to be talking to Verizon customer support/tech service  Even if it is just one location, talk to Verizon and see if there is a cell problem in that location.
