My phone has a issue, people have said I sound like I'm @ the bottom of a garbage can trying to get out . Is there anyone else experiencing this issue
Well, I obviously don't listen to myself on it but certainly nobody has complained to me about sound. I have had the Droid since the day it launched in Nov. 2009 with no complaints about sound. I use it both on its own and with a BT headset.
I have been told this as well, but I believe when I use my Bluetooth that the garbage can effect is less. Don't know if there is any way to get rid of the tin like sound.
Go to Settings>Call Setings>uncheck Voice Privacy That will help. Good luck!
NOTHING helps with this problem. I've had this issue so many times that I am now on the 6th Droid phone. I had this replaced several times. They have tried everything under the sun and nothing seems to work. Some phones this has happened and some it hasn't. It is definitly a defect in the device and they need too fix it.
