Generic network failure

All of a sudden my phone just stopped sending picture messages. I keep gettin.g a generic network failure message after my pho.e had made several attempts to send. I took the battery out and nothing. I have unlimited data on my phone. It doesn't work with or without wi fi on. Can anybody help me???
