Getting Contacts from old phone

I recently switched from the samsung reality to droid 2. I have both phones but i dont know how to transfer contacts.

Great news! We do have Backup Assistant available on the Droid 2! Typically the application is already installed on the device, but you can download it from the Google Play store too!
