Yup, got mine!  I'll probably spend it on a car charger, since the one I ordered from eBay was a dud--fortunately, the seller refunded me.

The $25 Verizon Wireless gift cards were mailed to the address provided on the device order. You should receive your card within two weeks from the date you received the email.

First. I ordered my HTC incredible 06/20/2010. I have yet to receive an sort email about a gift card. Is Verizon just randomly picking people out of a hat or something?! 


Also when can I expect my phone? I see people on the forums who say they have already gotten theirs. Now I know about the AMOLED shortage and I expected a delay. Verizon originally advertised the incredible would ship 7/15 when I first ordered my phone. But now I see on the site it wont ship till 8/9!!! Is that ship-date for new orders or does mine fall into that time slot for shipment?!


Can someone please give me some answers?!?!

The 8/9 date is if you order today.

 

The gift card it seems may be for people who were given a date and teh delivery came after that date. It is not for everyone.

 Currently, if an order shipping date was June 28, 2010, or prior, you may experience up to an additional seven business day delay for your device to arrive. For the inconvenience Verizon Wireless is sending out $25 gift cards. A communication email was sent out if you have an email address on file, followed by a text message. Customers not having an email address on file were sent the following text message: "Free VZW MSG: Due to overwhelming demand, your DROID Incredible by HTC order is currently delayed by up to 8 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience, and within the next 2 weeks, will send one 25 dollar gift card to your account to thank you for your patience."

so basically what morgan is saying is If your original Ship By Date was 28JUN or before then you will get a Gift Card but for most of us with a original Ship by Date of 29JUN and later will not be recieving the Gift card because we already knew it would be 3-4 weeks before we got our phone?

If you ordered your phone on the 20Jun then it is whatever date the Website showed on the Day you ordered Probably 7/16-7/20 based on what i have found out and when i ordered my phone on 24JUN i got a Est ship date of 7/22. so by my estimation on what i read on the forum titled "Droid Incredible Ship Date" you should get your phone this week or early next week
