Looks like it will be June 1st or shortly after. Take a look at some of the other threads and you will see how fluid it could be.

We're excited about the update coming to the DROID X also! This software enhancement will be pushed to a select number of customers daily starting on 05/27/11. The software update can also be user initiated starting today by following these steps: Menu > Settings > About Phone > System Updates.

Mine came last night, late. I downloaded it and it seems to be working very well. It seems like most areas of the operating system were breathed on, everything seems to be a big more fluid and intutive. I like it a lot.
