Just spoke to a Verizon red and they said that the Droid Charge may never have the ability to get Gingerbread...and that the Droid RAZR/Bionic...will be getting it soon....thats crap

Just another useless post about the support people not knowing anything. Bionic and Razr are already running Gingerbread (both are stock with Gingerbread), so this means absolutely nothing.
Yea, that rep must not have understood you, the Razr and the Bionic both came stock with Gingerbread 2.3, they already have it, they will both get Ice Cream Sandwich tho....the Charge on the other hand, may never get Gingerbread and ICS....hahaha newpppp!!!! The Charge will be lucky to get just a bug update ever again at this point. It is the forgotten device that....never really was.

THe leaked builds (verizon only) are already out upto 2.3.6 (on second build now).
EP4P was moved to TA for a late november possible release (may not hit airways till after but around that time).
Phone reps are limited to the data they are giving on current builds only. Outside that they won't be able to help.
