I have a Moto Droid, and am having problems with Gmail syncing. About a week ago, I decided to forward my email from my yahoo account to gmail for convenience. So, one night, with the auto-sync left on, I plugged my phone into the charger before I went to bed. When I woke up the next morning, and went to unplug the phone, I noticed that the phone was rebooting itself. I did a factory reset, turned auto-sync off, and the phone worked fine the rest of the day. I'm able to leave my phone plugged in overnight with no problems when auto-sync is off , but when I unplug the phone from the charger and manually sync gmail, the phone freaks out and starts rebooting itself. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas how to fix this?

Hmmm. Looks like I'm the only one with this problem.

I have not had the problem you are having, but I actually use Gmail's import to import my yahoo emails into Gmail. This works fine with no problems. If you are interested in trying this option, let me know and I can send you the steps I took to achieve this.

If no one replies, I'll try things your way. Thanks for your help.
