Yesterday I picked up an iPhone 4S to replace my Charge. I am taking the Charge to Best Buy to take advantage of the guaranteed buy back that I purchased with the phone. I wll get a $350 gift card, which is more than they are bringing on eBay.
I really wanted to love the Charge. The screen is awesome and I love the flexibility of Android. In the end, the lack of updates, dropped data, bluetooth issues, and phone lock ups made my decision easy. I added a line of service to my family plan, moved the iPhone into the Charge's place and bought a used basic phone for the added line. I will give that phone to a family member in need that doesn't have the money for a cell phone bill.
Good luck to all of you out there. You will be able to find me on the Apple side. I'm sure the update will come soon now that I have bailed, lol.

Hope you have smooth sailing with the 4S, it looks like us Charge owners are left behind to sit in a lil tin 5 foot fishing boat while you go speeding by in your luxury yacht! Best of luck to ya and enjoy a phone and OS that actually gets updates.
