Just got off the phone with Verizon Support who got Samsung Support on the line. Apprently there is a known issue that video chat is not working in Google Talk. Samsung stated they are aware of this and are working on a patch to correct this issue. I just wanted to let everyone know in case they were wondering. I know for a fact it is available on the Thunderbolt and the Bionic, but not the Charge. Go figure!!
