Verizon is sending me a Droid 2 as a warranty replacement for my droid 1 which i have had lots of issues with over the last 2 months. The more I look into the droid 2 the more I wanted something else. Will Verizon let me exchnage the Droid 2 they are sending me, for the Droid X since they are the same price to buy them? From what I have seen in reviews people like the Droid X over the Droid 2 and I am not a fan of the physical keyboard at all.

they replaced my droid 1 with a 2 as well... this was 2 months ago. i asked about an x and they said no. this was in a corperate store though, you may try with customer service on the phone.
