I HAVE THE MOTOROLA DROID, AND IT IS FROZEN. I TOOK THE BATTERY OUT AND EVEN THE SD CARD, BUT ITS NOT WORKING IT SAYS:

Hello! What you can do, if the phone is still not working, is an alternative reset. Alternative reset steps are here. You will want to make sure you have all your personal info backed up to Gmail or SD card before doing the reset as it will place the phone back to the factory default settings. Once the reset is complete the phone will reboot and you will begin the activation and set-up process.
