When I touch my phone this morning, a message keeps on popping up that different apps are stopped unexpectedly and to force close, and try again. It has happened with my white pages app, and other apps, but repeatedly my swiftkey app. Whats going on? Also my screen was blue (background) and now its green?
Lost all all my contacts too. Cannot connect to backup assistant either!
Well I had to re-do everything, still wondering what happened. I know this morning when wanting to take my battery out of my phone, I turned off my phone, and when trying to open my back of the phone it turned on, so the phone was on when I took out the battery. Would that do it? Anyway, the only app I paid for is Swiftkey. How do I get that back without paying for it again>

The paid app you should be able to simply redownload it.

I would not think so as a battery pull while the device is on is a common soft reset procedure. Seeing you and another on this board along with others on another board stating the same thing,(Everything on the phone deleted today) makes me wonder if the common thread may be a malicious App out there you all have.
