i just tried to do a software update tha twas aviable i dowloaded it then installed it turned my phone back on and now it wont let me load my text messages or call anyone not even voice mail i tried to turn it off and turn it back on multiple times and take out the battery and everythig if anyonecan help me that would be great i need it i dont know what else to do
Try dialing *228 option 1. This will reprogram your phone to your account info. Sounds like some data might have gotten mixed up with the update.
