HTC Incredible 2 Internet connection Error/ no 3G signal/no internet signal

Hi Guy's,
I have a problem with my HTC Incredible 2 i can't access the internet nor there's no 3G signal, or internet signal at all. I live here in Baytown Texas, my phone is working fine since i got it last May but until yesterday morning; when I checked....it doesnt have 3G connection or any data connection at all....i have unilmited data plan on verizon. And i did a little bit research and try to call *228 so they will reactivate my phone and reset it., also i did do a hard reset on the device.....but both didnt actually work.
Guy's pls. help me on what to do....you're help is very much appreciated. Or should i call verizon and just cancel my data plan? Thank you.

Did this ever get resolved? I'm having the same issue, I get calls and text but no data connection at all

I apologize for the delayed response and I am hopeful your issue has been resolved in the interim. After researching, I did not find any known issues pertaining to the loss of a 3g connection. Whatcity/state were you location in experiencing this problem?Have you tried removing the battery for 30 seconds? If you are still unable to establish a data connection please PM your wireless number. I look forward to hearing from you.
