HTC Incredible Internet Issues - 3 of us have issues TODAY JULY 13

Since early this morning, my internet has been struggling. The progress bar (where the address is) would be partially green, and it was regardless of the page. Pages were either not loading, or loading slowly. I did the usual - Power Off then on (a few times) turned off mobile network and then on (a few times) still with no luck. I called VZW and they are sending me a replacement Incredible for Thursday. We worked over the phone on tons of different settings, including wiping the phone with no luck.

 

After I got off the phone, I checked with two colleagues who have the same phone, and they have the same exact problems. Weak signal, if anything it's been 1X, and pages are either not loading or loading slowly. 

 

Anyone else seen this? Three of us is a bit worrisome.

Hi James that is weird because I had the same happen to me. I would open the browser and it would go to my homepage which is msn fine but if i tried to go to a site or do a search it would happen what happened to you. I see you are from New york. What part of new york. I am in staten island ny. I will see tomorrow if it happens.

It happened through late last night, but it is ok today. at least i think so. do you see any difference?

I was at a concert in Bethel, NY that night. Tried to upload some pics to facebook around 7ish and it took 25min to upload 4 pictures lol... It was nuts...

I mean ummmm no I didn't take any pictures because that is against the rules at the concert..:smileywink:

Hi.  I am sorry you were having issues with your signal.   Are you still having issues with the signal?  If so, send me your zip code so I can check that particular area.

I unfortunately have the same issue.  I only get up to 1X and sometimes hadrly that.  I don't know what the issue is.  I live in zip code 10025 new york.  I have updated it *228, it updates it but still no progress.  What else can be done?

My home is 11001 and work is 10036. The phone has been fine, and now the replacement is waiting at home which i would just like to send back.
